The Luxor project consisted of the new construction of two 22-story twin towers, adding 2,000 rooms to the Luxor property. Included in the project was the addition/renovation of showrooms, elevated walkway, tram station, pylon sign, banquet hall and construction of administration facilities. In addition, there was also the removal of the Nile Ride in the Luxor pyramid, the renovation and remodel of TENDER steak and seafood house and MORE the buffet at Luxor, and the addition of RA nightclub and the Luxor Theater. M.J. Dean was the general contractor and self-performed all concrete work, metal stud framing, drywall, painting, and EIFS.
