The Monte Carlo project consisted of the new construction of a 32-story tower with a total of 3,200 rooms. Included in this project were new restaurants, showrooms, bars and nightclubs, spa and health club, construction of administration facilities, the pylon sign and banquet hall.
The project also featured a 4,500-stall parking structure. M.J. Dean was the general contractor and self-performed all concrete work, metal stud framing, drywall, painting, and EIFS.
