The Palms brought a chic, younger vibe to Las Vegas when it opened, and as it’s popularity grew the need for expansions arose.
Designed by KGA Architects, The Palms Place project entailed the new construction of a 520 ft. resort condominium and hotel tower. The tower features 599 total rooms, with 4 different suite types to choose from, and each suite offering a kitchen or kitchenette. There are also spacious and luxurious residential suites and penthouses.
The project also included a valet parking garage and an amenity level featuring a day spa, work out facilities, pool, outdoor bar and a restaurant, a 50,000 sq. ft. pool and spa featuring a Turkish style bath house, a Sunset Tan Studio, and various lounges, restaurants and bars.
M.J. Dean was chosen to be the general contractor and was responsible for project management, and self-performed all concrete work, metal stud framing, drywall, painting and EIFS.
