The Wyndham Resort consists of one 12-story tower and two 15-story towers. The project has a total of 790 timeshare units with two parking garages each containing 277 stalls. The property boasts three outdoor swimming pools, four outdoor hot tubs, masseuse, a sales center, meeting rooms, health clubs, bars, a deli/food court, kids club and over 1.2 million sq. ft. The Wyndham was a multiphase project. The first phase broke ground in 2001 with a completion of the third and final phase in September of 2005. Architects for the first two phases were Koi and Springer followed by Gerald B. Koi on the third phase. The property is located at 265 East Harmon Avenue at the heart of Las Vegas’ most renowned casinos and attractions. The exterior of the buildings consist of EIFS and glass with mansard roofs. Construction of the towers took 48,000 cu. yds. of cast-in-place concrete, with a workforce that varied between 200 and 250 craftsmen. M.J. Dean was chosen to be the general contractor performing all preconstruction and project management services, and also self-performed concrete work, metal stud framing, drywall, and painting.
